はじめに
Udemyでは「納得のいく受講体験をお届けするために条件を満たすすべてのコースを30日以内に返金できるようにしています」とあります。
そして、その中にて「コースに満足いただけない場合はその理由を問わず返金ポリシーのガイドラインに従って返金を申請できる」とのこと。
本記事ではとあるUdemyの講座を購入するも、内容がイマイチであることが分かって返金を行ったのでその操作ログを残しておきます。
返金の流れ
Purchase historyにアクセスすると購入済のコース一覧が表示されます。
この中で、返金期限内のものには「Refund」というボタンがあり、それを押下すると

という文章があり、返金理由と詳細を記載します。
返金を申請すると
Thank you
You have successfully submitted your refund request. You will receive an email providing more details about your request. You can also check the status of your refund in your purchase history.
If you are receiving a refund in Udemy Credits, the funds will be available for use in your Udemy account immediately. You can view credits in your Udemy Credits dashboard.
If you are receiving a refund back to your original payment method, most refunds will be posted to your financial account within 5 to 10 business days, though it may take longer, depending on your payment method or location.
とあるので、現金ではなくUdemyで利用できるポイントの場合もあるとのこと。
ちなみにこの操作を行うと「My learning」から同講義がなくなるのでご注意ください。
